Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly (IQCODE) for the detection of dementia within a general practice (primary care) setting
CONCLUSIONS: It is not possible to give definitive guidance on the test accuracy of IQCODE for the diagnosis of dementia in a primary care setting based on the single study identified. We are surprised by the lack of research using the IQCODE in primary care as this is, arguably, the most appropriate setting for targeted case finding of those with undiagnosed dementia in order to maximise opportunities to intervene and provide support for the individual and their carers.PMID:34278564 | DOI:10.1002/14651858.CD010771.pub3

Association between Exposure to p,p ′-DDT and Its Metabolite p,p′-DDE with Obesity: Integrated Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Conclusions:
We classified p,p′-DDT and p,p′-DDE as “presumed” to be obesogenic for humans, based on a moderate level of primary human evidence, a moderate level of primary in vivo evidence, and a moderate level of supporting evidence from in vivo and in vitro studies. https://doi.org/10.1289/EHP527

Anxious? Just Google it: Social ecological factors of internet search records on anxiety.
Records of Internet search are increasingly used in social science research. Three studies reported here tested (a) whether population-level anxiety is reflected in Internet search data and (b) the socioecological and cultural factors of anxiety. Using data from Japan, we found that the Google search rates of anxiety are associated with self-reported anxiety (Study 1), and that the anxiety search rates increased following a major disaster (Study 2). Usefulness of web search queries for early detection of diseases in infants
This study evaluates the usefulness of web searches in predicting diseases in order to encourage guardians to consult a doctor promptly if their children are ill. We collected six months of search queries from Yahoo! JAPAN Search between October 2016 and March 2017. Using a machine learning model, we investigated the accuracy of the search query's ability to predict the diagnosis of biliary atresia and hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.
